- Coordinate access to the property with Brokers, Trustee(s), City Officials, Inspectors, Appraisers and Government Officials.
- Interface with Tenants, Goverment and City Officials and others all in affect as in the Owner's shoes.
- Conduct research of property file(s) at County for violations and or compliance issues
