If you are applying in El Sobrante, you can bring your application to our office at 5054 El Portal Drive, Suite A, El Sobrante, CA 94803 for processing. 4. Please be sure to complete the application in its entirety and include a phone number where you would like to be contacted as well as the address of the property you are applying for. 5. Please attach any documents which make our verification more convenience; copy of most recent pay stub or employment offer letter.
