1) Por favor no molestan a los alquilinos o vecinos. Manejen por la propiedad para observar la locacion antes de fijar una cita.
2) Todas las propiedades son mostradas por cita solamente. Llame a nuestra oficina durante horas de negocio para fijar una cita, despues de haber visto el exterior de la propiedad. Todas las citas se reuniran en la oficina de El Sobrante. Deben de proporcionar su propia transportacion. Pregunten por Gene Smith or Stacey Thompson.
3) Reportes de creditio y eviccion seran hechas por cada aplicante adulto de 18 anos o mayor.
4) Hay un costo de $30.00 de procesamiento por adulto que no es REGRESADO. Las aplicasiones seran quardadas en nuestros archivos por seis meses, pueden ser aplicadas para cualquier otra propiedad de Professional Property Management.
5) Se requiere una fota de identificacion y licensia de manejar que seq valida, por cada aplicante al tiempo de someter la aplicacion.
6) Por favor someta dos (2) meses de talons de cheque con su aplicacion.
7) Si son acceptados para la propiedad los fondos requeridos antes de mudarse deben de ser pagados en CASHIER’S CHECK o MONIORDEN.
8) No se almiten MASCOTAS no se permite FUMAR en ninguna de nuestras propiedades al menos que sea indicado.

1) Firmen la aplicacion de arrendamiento.
2) $30.00 en efectivo o moniorden por cada adulto para procesar el credito.
3) Traiga su foto de identificasion o Licensia de Manejar con su Seguro Social, para poder hacer una copia al tiempo de traer aplicacion.
4) 2 recientes Talones de Cheques y/o su copia de Seccion 8
