Rental Policy
Welcome to Professional Property Management! We're pleased that you've selected one of our properties to be your new home and or location for your business. To help expedite your application, please follow these guidelines:
1.Please feel free to drive by any of the available listed properties, and viewing the location. Should you want to view the interior, we ask that you schedule an appointment with the contact person listed for that property. Please do not disturb the occupants or neighbors.
2. All properties are shown by appointment only. Call our office during business hours to schedule an appointment after you have seen the exterior of the property. All appointments will meet in our El Sobrante office. You must provide your own transportation.

3. A Credit and Eviction reports will be ran on each adult applicant 18 years or older that will be lining in the home.
4. There is a $30.00
NON-REFUNDABLE
processing fee per adult. Applications will be kept on file for six months, and may be applied for any property listed by Professional Property Management during that time.
5. Valid photo identification and social security card is required by all adult applicants at the time of submitting application.
6. Please submit two months of stubs with your application.
7. If accepted for property, the funds required prior to move-in shall be paid by
CASHIERS CHECK or MONEY ORDER
8. No pets or smoking for any of our properties unless indicated.

Please attach the following documents at the time of processing application which make our verification more efficient and convenient.
1) Please be sure to complete the Rental Application in its entirety and Signed Rental Application at the bottom.
2) $30.00 Cash or Money Order per adult for credit check and processing.
3) Bring your photo I.D. or Drivers License and Social Security Card so we can copy it at the time you bring in your application.
4) Please be sure to provide your Employers, Current and Past Landlords Telephone numbers on the application.
5) Two Current Pay Check stubs and/or a copy of your Section 8 Voucher.
